🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 03 of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please email us at gourijewels.helpdesk.com with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your safety.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
